ClearPass Reporting records processed

Hi,

 

We run a number of ClearPass servers. We have an issue when trying to run reports that process data in excess of 340,000 records, or 60 - 70% on the progress bar. Basically when you start (Reports\List Reports\ select report and run) it displays the processing data count upto a record count of between 300,000 - 400,000 record mark, then stops, no output, no report, the only option at this piont is to close the report.

 

Any recommendaion or help appreciated.

In Amigopod 3.9, there are limits to how much data can be processed in any single report. Looks like you are trying to run a report that is too large.

 

You can go to Administrator->System Control->Web Application, then set the 'Memory Limit' option to '1024M' (Max limit) or -1 (disable memory limit), then try running a report.

 

As a workaround, reduce the number of days in the report and run it.
