Premier Support was carefully designed exclusively for Aruba premium customers, with support provided by our industry-leading support engineers.

Premier Support is a high-touch service provided by Aruba Premier TAC where the designated resources are ‘customer aware’ and are knowledgeable about the specific customer network.  Customers have a choice of purchasing a specific package to meet the needs of their business.  As the customer’s information will be part of Aruba’s CRM, the premier TAC team is able to react more quickly to a technical challenge, resulting in faster issue resolution. Customers who purchase the highest level of service will be eligible for twice yearly onsite visits by expert support engineers.
