HP ProBook 4520s

I have one HP ProBook out of 130 that no longer connects to the WLAN, with one exception. I have two 3600 controllers (running 5.0.2.1) set up as Master/Local and 105 AP's. The PC connects up when the AP is on the second controller. If the AP is connected to the first, it sees the SSID's, but will not connect. I verified this by switching an AP from the first controller to the second, then switching it back.

The HP's are using the Atheros AR9285 chipset with HP's latest driver.

Re: HP ProBook 4520s

There are a number of variables in this scenario. Since it is only 1 device that cannot connect, is it possible that the problem is with that specific device?

Please enable logging for that device on the controller that the AP is homed on to get a clue what is going on:

config t
logging level debug user-debug

show log user-debug
