If a report is stuck during generation, it is likely that the report has reached the PHP memory limit. The PHP memoy limit is configurable at Administrator -> System Control -> Web Application. The default is '128M'. Suggested values are '256M' or '512M' but the memory limits of the server should be taken into consideration.
