Amigopod Captive Portal Redirection fails after making change to network configuration (ip/netmask/etc) in a High_Availability setup

When the network configuration of an Amigopod server is changed and it is part of a High_Availability cluster. The HA Cluster services should be restarted to ensure proper network communication between cluster members/forwarding of traffic.

Failure to restart the HA cluster services can cause issues with the Captive Portal not being reachable or other network traffic not being forwarded between cluster members properly.
