Can ClearPass fetch device details/attributes with unicode/non-ascii characters from Activate server?



A:

Yes, support for unicode/non-ascii characters is added from the ClearPass version 6.4.6 and 6.5.2.

 

If you see the ClearPass server not fetching  devices details with unicode characters from Activate, please upgrade the server to 6.4.6 or 6.5.2 or higher version to support the unicode characters.
