How to change expire action for multiple accounts in ClearPass Guest?



A:

Expire Action for multiple accounts can be modified from Guest -- Manage Multiple Accounts.

Configuration:

Navigate to ClearPass Guest GUI -- Guest -- Manage Multiple Accounts -- Select the accounts which need to be modified.

 

Click on Edit and Select "Adjust expiration action" from the dropdown.

Now the Expire Action field will be displayed and you can choose any one of the 4 options from the dropdown.

 

Click on Make Changes.

 

Verification:

Expire Action of the selected accounts before the changes:

 

 

Expire Action of the selected accounts after the changes:
