Disable "Accept Terms of Use" on Guest Self Registration page

This Article talks about disabling "Accept Terms of Use" on Guest Self Registration page.

 

Environment : This article is written on CPPM 6.2 and above.

 

The Default Guest Self registration would contains a mandatory check box for  "Accept Terms of Use".

We can disable this field as shown below.

Login to Clear Pass Guest ( CPG) and navigate to "Home » Configuration » Guest Self-Registration" and select the Guest Self Registration Profile.

Click on "Edit" to navigate to "Customize Guest Registration (Name_Of_Your_Profile)"

Click on "Form" as shown above. It will take us to the  "Customize Form Fields (Name_Of_Your_Profile)" as shown below.

Scroll down this page and find the "creator_accept_terms" filed and click on "Edit" after selecting it.

Make the below changes.

Change
 “User Interface:” to hidden
 “Initial Value:” to 1


Save and Exit.

We can now test by associating to the SSID and complete a self Guest registration.

After hitting register, We must get the below page.
