How to edit the default login errors in ClearPass guest login?

Aruba Employee
Requirement:

How can I modify the default login errors in ClearPass guest?

For example: we get the error "Your account has been disabled" when a guest user tries to login with the account which is in disabled state in the Guest User Repository(local database).

Can I modify the above login error as "Your account has been disabled/expired, please do register again to get access"?

Solution:

The default login errors can be modified under Translations Packs. You need to select the required language packs and Override Translations.

Configuration:

Go to ClearPass Guest UI and navigate to Configuration >> Translation Packs, select the required Translation/Language pack and click on Override Translations. Under this section you can override default login errors and many other UI based names and titles.

Now select Login Errors and edit the  default login errors as required. Please refer the below screen captures for your reference.
