How to resolve error message: ClearPass profile has not received any endpoint information

Issues with the end point profiler of ClearPass. 
Receiving error message: ClearPass profile has not received any endpoint information

 

Environment  : This may be seen on releases prior to 6.2.4.

 

We would see the below error message on CPPM WebUI ( under Monitoring-  Endpoint Profiler screen).

"ClearPass profile has not received any  endpoint information"

This may happen if profiling is disabled. Please make sure that "Enable Profile" option is checked.

If this is enabled and we still see the error then we can fix this error by removing the special characters from the Cluster password.

We can change the cluster password to one which does not have any special characters in it.
The fix for this issue will be included in  6.2.4 which will expected to release in early December 2013.
