Is it possible to check Clearpass OnGuard services status and start/stop timestamps from windows event viewer?

Question: Is it possible to check Clearpass OnGuard services status and start/stop timestamps from windows event viewer?

 

From Onguard version 6.3.2 and above, OnGuard logs Windows Event Viewer Entries for following:

1. ClearPass VPN Service is started or stopped.
2. ClearPass Agent Controller Service is started or stopped.
3. ClearPassOnGuard Frontend is started or stopped.
4. ClearPassOnGuard connects/disconnects with ClearPass Agent Controller Service.
5. ClearPass Agent Controller Service connects with ClearPassOnGuard Agent or connection is closed
6. Health check Results

From Event Viewer->Applications and Services Logs->Aruba Networks:
