Unable to change network setting in CPPM like dns or gateway ip.
Q:

Unable to change network setting in CPPM like dns or gateway ip when VIP is enabled.



A:

When Clearpass is configured and using VIP then it will not allow to change the network settings, since the VIP functionality depends on current network settings. We need to disable / remove VIP configuration from the server and make required changes in the network settings. we can then restore the VIP configuration once the network changes are applied.
