Unable to view all the user accounts created when logged in as an operator in Guest module
Problem:

Unable to view all the user accounts created when logged in as an operator in Guest module



Diagnostics:

Unable to view the complete list of user accounts when logged in as a Help-Desk /Receptionist operator profile . When logged in as an admin(Super Administrator), able to see all the created user accounts.

When logged in using admin account(Super Administrator), able to see all the created user accounts:

 

 

When logged in using Help Desk/Reception operator, unable to view all the created user accounts and therefore unable to manage all the user accounts:

 

 

 



Solution

In order to view all the user accounts created in guest module, ensure that for the respective operator profile-> Help Desk/Receptionist, there are no operator filters applied or there are no restrictions set in terms of role for the operator profile.  

 

Navigate to Administration->Operator Logins->Profiles. Edit the appropriate operator profile, in this case-> Help Desk.

 

 

 

 

As shown below, we see restrictions set for user roles and also there is an operator filter set:

 

 

Removing the role restrictions and Operator filter will ensure when a sponsor logged in using Help Desk operator profile will be able to manage all the user accounts as shown below:

After making the above changes, we now see that when logged in as a Help Desk operator, we have the option to manage all user accounts created in guest module:
