RAP-5 will not Factory Reset

I have a RAP-5 that will not reset to Factory Defaults, is there any other way to reset it other than the "Reset/Power" procedure?

That is the only user-serviceable way.  If the paperclip for 10 seconds while powering up method does not work, you will have to RMA it.
