Which devices are compatible with Aruba

Personally, I usually tackle this question when it pops up by directing people to look at the WIFI Alliance certified devices lists maintained @:

http://www.wi-fi.org/certified_products.php

That is a more scalable approach IMO (as the list is always evolving) than us providing a sub set of devices we have in the test lab etc.

That being said there is a list of interop'ed devices available @:

http://www.arubanetworks.com/support-services/aruba-support-program/interoperability/

Remember the latter list is not all encompassing...just reinforces the fact that Aruba is standards based and WIFI alliance certified devices are what you want on your network.

I recommend a dual band (2.4 and 5.0 GHz capable) 802.11n compliant card.

If you want maximum speed go with the newest crop of 802.11n cards... 3 stream (aka. 450 Mbps) 802.11n compliant cards.

I have a Dell laptop, as an example, that has 3 stream (Intel 6300 chipset) capability. Love it!
