AP-105 constant reboot

I have about 50 new ap105's. I've been able to provision about half of them and they have been up and online for 20+ hours. However, the other half seem to be stuck in a constant reboot loop.

I have a master/local setup with vrrp, running ArubaOS 5.0.3.3 . All of our other AP's are online fine with this config.

I'm seeing the following ap-debug messages:

Jul 8 10:41:35 KERNEL(00:24:6c:ce:31:de@192.168.26.207): vap aruba100 vlan is 0. discovering tunnel vlan

Re: AP-105 constant reboot

Type "show log system 50" to see what is going on.

Re: AP-105 constant reboot

This looks very similar to this thread - http://airheads.arubanetworks.com/vBulletin/showthread.php?t=1922

However, we are running 5.0.3.3 code.

Re: AP-105 constant reboot

type "show ap debug counters" to get an idea how many aps this is happening to.

Quick question, are all the APs in the same AP-group? How do they find the master controller ip, dns, dhcp?

Re: AP-105 constant reboot

The AP's aren't provisioned yet. This is the initial setup of 50 ap's. Only a about half have stayed connected long enough for me to provision them. There are a handful that have over 800 bootstraps and reboots.

They are finding the master controller through DNS, but I have also put them into the same L2 as the controller hoping that ADP might help and still got the same behavior.

Re: AP-105 constant reboot

find one access point that is having the problem and connect a console cable to it. Please also ensure that the connection from your controller to your infrastructure has negotiated properly and there are no errors from a duplex or speed mismatch.
