AP 175p connectivity

We have new installation of ARUBA Controllers 6.1 and 420 AP 105s. Everything is working great.
We purchased an AP 175P with 5.0 omni antennas (directly connected).
Put this AP out on a 75meter CAT5e run off a Juniper EX2200 POE port. It comes up on the master controller and I can not provision it. Shows ID (Inactive/Dirty or no Config) in the monitor on the Local controller. The cable run is verified and passes Gigabit Ethernet testing. Other clients work on this switch port.
I took the AP 175P down and brought to my shop for troubleshooting. Connected another switch with POE and 10 ft. patch cord it works perfectly. Back to the installation site - connected to the original switch and port with 10 ft. patch cord - all is well.
Is there a limitation to the POE distance on CAT5e cable?

Ap-175p poe

Are you supplying POE+ (802.3at)? Strictly speaking, the AP-175P requires that to be fully functional, and 802.3af may not be enough, especially if the cable is long (and/or of bad quality / high resistance). You could try using an 802.3at POE+ midspan with the same cable.
