E1 port on a RAP2

I have my profiles setup and everything is working fine on the RAPs. The only issue I am having is the E1 port does not give you an IP address. What I would like to have is the E1 port act like the wireless. So when the user plugs into the port they will have the same traffic routing going on as when they connect to the wireless. We provide many users with an IP phone that I would like to plug into the port and have the phone use the IPsec tunnel back to the controller to get to the phone system.

Is there some setting I am missing that disables the e1 port?

By default the ethernet1 port IS disabled. To enable it, AND put it on the correct VLAN you would go to configuration> Wireless> AP configuration (Edit the AP-group that your Ap is in). Expand AP, Expand Ethernet port 1 configuration, Click on wired ap profile. In the right pane, put a check mark in "wired ap enable", put a checkmark in the "Trusted" box. Ensure that the forward mode is "tunnel" and the access mode VLAN is the vlan that you want your wired users to be in. In the lower right hand corner, click on apply.

Let us know if that works.
