Permanently?

That message usually means a connectivity issue, or that AP might have mis-negotiated on his ethernet port and is dropping traffic, as a result.

What is...

What is the version of code? Do a "show ap debug counters" http://airheads.arubanetworks.com/vBulletin/showthread.php?t=729 to see if that AP is constantly rebooting. If that is the case, see if the physical port it is connected to is negotiating at the wrong duplex. If the AP is up, ping the access point's inner ip address from the controller to get a sense of the latency and connectivity. Last but not least, make sure that none of the interfaces that are connected on the controller have any errors, by doing a "show interface ". If there are errors, troubleshoot negotiation issues on those physical ports. It might be that your internet connection is just unreliable.

Seems like its more of a internet connection issue as the AP started working fine after sometime.
