Environment         This article applies to all Aruba AirMesh Devices running MeshOS 4.2 and Above.
            
Answer             There is a method to force a unit back to factory state by power cycling 7 times. Here is the procedure,

    Power off the router and power it back on. Wait for about 60 seconds.
    Repeat the above step six times.
    When the router powers on for the seventh time, it will revert to the factory default state
    The default username/password is root/public.



Note: When you can't login via the serial console, please first check if Flow control is disabled on your Terminal Program. With flow control enabled, you receive Username and Password prompt, but receive the Login incorrect message.
