Two authentications for VIA access

    Hello all,

     

    I have configured VIA on my controller and it work well. However I have to authenticate two times on VIA with AD credentials.

    Is it normal?

    What OS is this?

    You have to authenticate once to download the profile initially and then to connect with the VPN connection.  After that, you should only have to authenticate once.

     

    Do you have VIA configured to automatically use your logged in domain credentials?

    Hello Joseph,

     

    ArubaOS 6.4.4.1

    VIA version 2.3.4.0 on Windows 10.

    After each reboot, I have to enter my credentials to authenticate on VIA.

    The following paramaters are enabled:

    Enable Domain Pre-connect

    Use Windows Credentials

    Turn off domain preconnect
