Need urgent help !
We have IAP 93 on two of our office floors and recently we aquired a new floor where we deployed AP 115 which for some reason is not getting detected by the controller in IAP 93. Any assistance here would really help.
Also could someone tell me the default username and password for logging to AP 115 via console ?

If is not using the same OS then bring the 115 on separate VLAN and update it with the same code you have on your IAPs
The default username/ password is admin/admin

You mean to upgrade the 93s to 220.127.116.11-18.104.22.168 ?
If so , could you provide me any reference docs which can help me to do so, as when I try to check for new updates on the IAP via web, it says no updates found.

The issue is very simple,
IAP 93 is Orion and IAP 115 is Pegasus, both are different hardware therefore they are not able to sync.
you have to upgrade the code either mannually or through Airwave.
while updating the code, ensure that you are choosing the right code, i.e for IAP 93 choose Orion (ArubaInstant_Orion_22.214.171.124-126.96.36.199_44641) and for IAP 115 choose Pegasus ( ArubaInstant_Pegasus_188.8.131.52-184.108.40.206_44641) .
to console any IAP default admin password is admin.
