Our CPPM cluster is not getting updates from Aruba Activate. I've noticed the problem since I've upgraded the cluster.
In the release notes there is a bug which has been fixed for the 6.3:
"20411 Corrected an issue where CPPM did not get updates from Aruba Activate when some device attributes
were not present"
I'm not really sure if I'm hitting this bug or there is a new one.
Anyone facing this issue?

If you open a support case, they can assist. Can you upgrade and retest?
