Centralized DHCP scope vs helper IP address on switch

Hello all, I had sort of a best-practices question. We have three different SSIDs through a network of Aruba APs. Every SSID is on its own VLAN. We want client devices to get DHCP addresses from our Windows server. There seems to be two choices here: configure a centralized DHCP scope for every SSID, pointing towards the DHCP server, or configure helper IP addresses on our distribution switches that the APs are connected to that point all DHCP requests to the DHCP server. Is there any input on this as far as efficiency or network administration best-practices are concerned? Thanks!

If it's a single site, do DHCP helper addresses on your upstream
switches/routers back to your DHCP servers.

Most of the various DHCP options on Instant are for distributed
offices/branches.

Great, thanks for the reply. We are indeed on one site, so I'll rely on helper addresses on the upstream switches. Thanks!
