Certificate not valid

Hello,

We get following warning when connection to the wireless network with RADIUS security. We're new to the installation, so any help would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Re: Certificate not valid

It looks like you are using an 802.1X authentication using termination on the controller (the keys exchange/cert validation)

This is a normal process when using PEAP if in your wireless profile in windows you have the option to validate the very from the Radius server which in this case is the cert installed on your controller
Thank you

Re: Certificate not valid

Two things here.

1) you should never use the built-in certificate
2) the only way to prevent this box from appearing is to pre configure clients using Group Policy / Profile Manager or a BYOD tool like QuickConnect.
