Client Match and IOS devices

Is anyone else having issues with IOS devices, ( Ipad, Ipod, Iphones ) connecting to an SSID after client match is enabled? I have had this issue a couple of times now.

Can you provide the hardware model, software version, and configuration from your network?

Re: Client Match and IOS devices

Hi,

Access points are IAP 105s running 6.3.1.1-4.0.0.1_41049. These are managed by Aruba Central. I only have one SSID configured at the moment using WPA2. The access points are connected to an Aruba S1500 switch.

Re: Client Match and IOS devices

This was the original quesiton.

"Is anyone else having issues with IOS devices, ( Ipad, Ipod, Iphones ) connecting to an SSID after client match is enabled? I have had this issue a couple of times now."

We have seen this as well so I was wondering if there was a conclusion.

Thanks,

Serge

Hi Serge,

As far as I know the issue is still present. We ended up turning it off because it was causing too many issues, and at the moment we don't really need it turned on.

The IOS devices would not connect to the SSID's without turing off the wireless card for a few moments and then turning it back on.

Ssozonoff,

I apologize. I did not think it was specific enough.
