Since ARUBA-SA-20160908-01, I can not even login to the Web UI of IAP VC (Running version 188.8.131.52-184.108.40.206) to apply a new certificate.
Both IE 11 and Chrome prompted me saying the certificate is revoked...
Should I keep tried different browsers OR you guys have better options for me?

You'll have to connect to the CLI to change the certificate. Either that, or different browsers/clients

You can temporarily disable OCSP/CRL checks in your browser as a workaround.
Be sure to re-enable when you're done.
