Nothing is documented to support that action. Know that undertaking that, should one of the IAP's brick or break, there is no recovery and support likely will not help recover.
Dell products run separate code and have different EEPROM and hardware MAC addresses/OUIs. As such, any signed code or otherwise may cause irreperable damage to the flash/firmware and make make one or the other unrecoverable.
So should you attempt, just be aware of the risks. While they use the same hardware, they are very much different in terms of firmware and internals (macaddr, any signed certs in the TPM, etc).
