How do I stop my VCs from becoming Mismatched?

My two VCs are always showing up mismatched even though I go and repair them. Then later on in the day they go mismatched again? Any ideas?

Do you mind sharing a screenshot that displays the mismatch?

Would you like the controller settings screenshot or? From what menu would you like me to screenshot from?

Have you clicked on BOTH VCs and then selected "Import Settings"?

Hi Seth,

I am new to this system so I might sound dumb, but what settings would I be importing?

No worries.  That will import things like AP names.  It does NOT affect anything in production but it might clear up your mismatches.

My controllers and VC are always mismatched in Airwave, no matter how many time I import settings.  It's just something I have to live with.

Then there is something between the two clusters that should be looked at.  If there is, then you can create overrides or ignore some things that would make the mismatches go away.
