How to allow 40MHz width in ARUBA 135

I am having ARUBA 135 series APs.   My clients will support 40MHz channel width in 2.4 GHz. How to allow 40MHz channel width in ARUBA 135 APs?

Please help out with this query

Re: How to allow 40MHz width in ARUBA 135

HI,

You have to enable wide channel support feature as shown in the snapshot. here you have select 2.4 GHz as Wide channel support to meet your requirement

Please feel free if the above is not solved your issue.

40 MHz channels are NOT recommended for the 2.4 GHz band.

Thanks,
Tim

Re: How to allow 40MHz width in ARUBA 135

Hi Dhanraj,

I had used 20 MHz channels only earlier. Even though it was not
working.

Please suggest me what needs to be done to increase the
speed of ARUBA 135 APs as I am getting only 10 MBPS from all 6 APs. When 5
- 10 clients are there in the depot all the clients are transferring at 2
MBPS. But when 60 clients are in depot then most of the clients are below
100 KBPS only. Please suggest me so that each client should transfer at at
least 500 KBPS.

I suggest looking at your RF environment if you are not getting the speeds you desire. As Tim pointed out, using 40Mhz on 2.4Ghz is not recommended.

Without knowing you're environment it is difficult to suggest changes.

I suggest opening a case with TAC as they can look at your whole network.

Hi all,

What is the max speed that the ARUBA 135 AP can receive the data from client through wireless and transmit the dtaa to server through LAN?

Please share me the MAx and Min values of speed?
