Upgrade fails due to insufficient memory.

I am trying to upgrade the OS. but i get insufficent memory. below is the file size. please let me know how to get rid of the old files to crete space adn upload the image.

which file to delete so that i dont get in trouble?

If you already imported the file and you don't need it anymore you should delete this one :

 

flashbackup.tar.gz

this much memory will not fulfil my need
