Anyone using WoWLAN

Has anyone configured WoWLAN? If so, did you have to make any configuration changes on the controllers to make this work?

Thanks,
Jason

Golecj,

Different manufacturers require different parameters for each handset. If you contact support, they can provide those for you.

Re: Anyone using WoWLAN

One of our engineers reported that he has this working on his Lenovo T400, but as Colin suggested you'll need to make sure your NIC supports this.

Re: Anyone using WoWLAN

I am referring to Wake on Wireless LAN. I think you might be referring to Voice over WLAN.

THanks,

Re: Anyone using WoWLAN

Jason, we may have crossed posts, but I was also talking about wake on WLAN, which is a matter of support on the NIC you are using. Our engineer has his laptop being woken up by his backup server on the same VLAN.
