Re: Aruba & Avaya/Nortel

We are almost in the same configuration : Aruba 3600 with EtherChannel connected to PP8600 with MLT. Those links are working fine for us, what's wrong in your config ?

We've been using that config for a couple of years now. We tried the LACP route but never got it working. What's making you look at LACP vs MLT?

Re: Aruba & Avaya/Nortel

Why not use SMLT or RSMLT? We are using RSMLT between an 8600 pair that has an IST to all of our Aruba controllers and have had great success. The Aruba gets the Port-Channel setup and the 8600 is an RSMLT with MLT. We have not tried LACP.
