Can Cisco switch uplink to Aruba Switch with Tunneled Node configured?

Hi All,

Can Cisco 3650 switch uplink to Aruba 3500 Switch with tunneled node configured on Aruba switch?

Can i configure the Aruba 3500 switch Gigabit Ethernet 0/0/23 port as a tunneled Node, trunk port with native mode connect to Cisco 3650 switch Gigabit Ethernet 0/0/10 (trunk Port configured)? The Tunneled Node still work on Cisco 3650 switch?

If the staff and student computer connect to Cisco 3650 switch can the staff and student computer GRE tunnel to Aruba controller for captive portal authentication?

Please refer to the attached sample network diagram.

This will certainly work for Captive Portal on the S3500. What will not work, however is wired 802.1x if a device was plugged into the Cisco switch, since the first switch that sees an EAPOL frame has to do something with the frame or drop it (the Cisco switch).
