Issue viewing wireless client information

I'm having issues when trying to view client information on my controller from the monitoring page. Here's what happen:

1. Log into the controller
2. Click on "all wlan clients" from the monitoring page
3. Type in an IP address to narrow down the client list
4. Click on the MAC address of the client
5. I instantly get logged out of the controller

If I log back in and do steps 2-4, I can view the client information.

I'm on 6000 controllers with M3 modules running version 5.0.3.1

I'd also like to add that I'm having this issue with multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE)

Has anyone else had this issue?

Re: Issue viewing wireless client information

That looks like a bug. Please open a support case.

Instead, please use "Clients" under the controller header to find clients.

Re: Issue viewing wireless client information

I have a case open with the support team. One of the engineers is working on trying to replicate the issue. I'm still awaiting a response. It looks like a bug to me as well. Just wanted to get an idea if other people were having a similar issue. Thanks for the info.

Issue viewing wireless client information

I believe this is normal behavior, if you have more than one controller in the network. the "All wlan clients" actually lists all clients from different controllers, and when you click on a specific client to get his details, the Aruba Master will redirect you to the page of the Local controller to which this client is currently connected. If you haven't logged in, or the session timed out, the you will be requested to re-enter credentials. There is no single sign-on between controllers with this command.
I don't think this is a bug.
