Management Authentication on the Aruba Controller using Microsoft's IAS

Ever wanted to do management Authentication on the Aruba Controller using Microsoft Internet Authentication Server? Instructions are attached.

Questions

Hi,
in posted manual it isn't clear how users are chosen to grant access, as well as in th econfiguration Wireless policy is made, later on screenshot port type is Ethernet.
I tried to recreate and it doesn't work. Can you please advice how it actualy must be configured? I have user manula, but it has no help, as well as vendor support unfortunately.
I have successful authentication for user accessing WLAN through Radius, but management requests are rejected by IAS server, as request form is differnet.
I attached packet capture between IAS server and controller.

The NAS port TYPE is VPN, NOT ethernet. The document is wrong.
