Migrating your brain from 2.5 to 3.2.x?

I currently support primarily U.S. Department of Defense applications of Aruba technology and as such have had to stay on the 2.5 branch of code due to government security requirements and general reluctance to do what is new and different. That being said, I can see extreme benefits to the newer 3.2.x code and would like to hear from anyone who has migrated from 2.5 to 3.2.x recently and what you feel is the biggest 'change' as far as configuration and management goes. I know there are different CLI commands now for some of the AP and AM monitoring functions and other small details but really I am looking for any benefits or gotchas you have realized immediately from the change in code. Thanks!
Cheers!
