PPPoE | AP Connectivity Issue

I am facing issue with a simple scenario:

Controller is connected to HP-ProCurve Switch.
HP-ProCurve Switch is connected to modem for BroadBand Conn. (PPoE)
APs are connected to HP-ProCurve

Now on controller i have two vlans.
VLAN 1: For APs (DHCP on controller )
VLAN 2: For PPoE connection. Username & Password

Now i have only one uplink to Switch from controller.
If i make it access port VLAN 1 on controller, then APs are visible
If i make it access port VLAN 2 on controller, then i get IP from Modem via PPoE
If i make it trunk port still VLAN 1 is working only (APs are visible and up) and PPPoE is not working at all.

On switch i have tagged downlink towards controller as Trunk , having default VLAN 1 untagged and VLAN 2 tagged

On switch i have tagged port vlan 2 from switch to Modem

Is there any alternative way (other than another uplink) to achieve this having two VLANs (1 with static IP and 2 with PPPoE)?

Re: PPPoE | AP Connectivity Issue

I am not sure if we have tested pppoe working on a trunk....
