Problems with A200 5.0.2.0 and HP 8000 series switch

I had problems with A200 v.5.0.2.0 and HP 8000 series switch.
All AP's were directly connected but they were booting quite often, reason: can't connect to controller.

Anyone else with same problem? We changed switch and it works fine now. But would like to know why?

Sounds like either a config problem on the switch, or the switch itself was bad. Did you swap it out with another HP or a different brand? Any way to run a self test on the HP?
