Purging AP 70

Hi All,

I was trying to purge a AP 70 which was working in bridge mode in a previous RAP setup. I tried normal purging procedure with a Y-cable by breaking ap boot process and excecuted commands; Purge, save , reset .

After rebooting the AP again acting as DHCP sevrer (like in bridge mode). Please post if some one have any input on this.

Purge and Save

Mohammed,

I'm not sure it is supposed to do that. Is the AP still giving out ip addresses, even though it cannot contact the controller? In that case, do a "flash erase 0xbfc80000 0xbfc8ffff" at the apboot> prompt.
