S3500 Stacking/Uplink question

I have doubts about stacking/Uplink capabilities in S3500. How can you mix the 4 ports with stacking/uplink requirements?. Can be used the 4 ports for 10G Uplinks?. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Re: S3500 Stacking/Uplink question

Carlos - Stacking on the S3500 is will leverage 2 out of the four 10G ports on the uplink module. To leverage a port on the uplink as a stacking port, it needs to be configured as a stacking port and then after that interconnected to other S3500 switches. You can convert a port on the uplink from a stacking port to a network port or vice versa.

By default ports 2 and 3 on the uplink are configured as the default stacking ports, leaving you with ports 0 and 1 as fiber ports for uplink.
