Just in case make sure you removed any unneeded files in flash :

- delete filename logs.tar ( if you need this information upload it to your PC)

- delete filename backupflash ( if you need this information upload it to your PC)

Also try upgrading to another partition .

What version AOS6.2.x you are trying to upgrade to?

Thank you

Re: while trying to upgrade controller 3400 from ArubaOS 6.1.3.5 to controller OS ArubaOS_MMC_6.2.1

Are you trying this from the WebUI or CLI? And what method?  FTP/TFTP/SCP/Local File?  If you haven't tried already, try from the CLI:

copy tftp: x.x.x.x ArubaOS_MMC_6.2.1.4_40075 system: partition [1 or 2]

Also, Is  ArubaOS_MMC_6.2.1 the complete filename you tried to upload?   I've seen it work with truncated image names, but try keeping the full name of the file to see if that helps.  For example, 6.2.1.4 is ArubaOS_MMC_6.2.1.4_40075

Re: while trying to upgrade controller 3400 from ArubaOS 6.1.3.5 to controller OS ArubaOS_MMC_6.2.1

The upgrade needs about 60MB free from the CLI or 75MB from the WebUI.

show storage to see the free flash space available.

If you need space you can remove old logs, crash data and backups.   See the section on Memory Requirements in the Release Notes for details.
