WISPr Profile Configuration Required for 3G Offload

Hello,

I want to configure the WISPr profile for my anddriod users, basically i am using this for 3G offloading.

Once user will connect with the SSID the device will sent automaticlly the sim card information to the server.

I am facing issue how it will configure in ARUBA controller,
