If you have a proper understanding of how an application behaves in your network environment and you have the correct support for the application then you will never have to troubleshoot right??
Even if you have the application set up properly you have no control of the clients that try to access the application. If you have a basic understanding of the flow and process of troubleshooting then getting the problem resolved will be a piece of cake.
