Configure USB Modem Huawei Mobile Broadband E153 as Uplink for MC 7005

Dear Aruba Fellows, I'm trying to configure an USB modem: Huawei Mobile Broadband E153 as an Uplink for my MC 7005 (6.4.3.8). I connected the USB modem then I created a Dialer Group and a Cellular Profile. When I launch the cli command: "show usb" it shows:

USB Device Table
----------------
Address Product Vendor ProdID Serial Type Profile State Bus
------- ------- ------ ------ ------ ---- ------- ----- ---
2 HUAWEI Mobile 12d1 1446 Cellular IAM Error: Modem TTY port test failed 3

When running the command "show usb ports", it shows:

/dev/usb:
flash
flash1
flash2
flash3

It looks like the modem is recognised by the controller as a cellular USB Modem, but the ports of the modem are not discovered by the controller! I should see something like "ttyUSB0" but as the modem is not supported, I guess, the ports are missing!

When running the command "show usb verbose" it shows:

T: Bus=03 Lev=01 Prnt=01 Port=00 Cnt=01 Dev#= 2 Spd=480 MxCh= 0
D: Ver= 2.00 Cls=00(>ifc ) Sub=00 Prot=00 MxPS=64 #Cfgs= 1
P: Vendor=12d1 ProdID=1446 Rev= 0.00
S: Manufacturer=HUAWEI Technology
S: Product=HUAWEI Mobile

I:* If#= 0 Alt= 0 #EPs= 2 Cls=08(stor.) Sub=06 Prot=50 Driver=usb-storage

E: Ad=02(O) Atr=02(Bulk) MxPS= 512 Ivl=0ms
E: Ad=82(I) Atr=02(Bulk) MxPS= 512 Ivl=0ms

The output of the command shows that the USB is used as a storage device, even though the "show usb" and "show usb cellular" commands are seeing it as a cellular USB!! Using the "modeswitch rezero" or "eject" didn't change that (from storage driver to usbfs)! The output is:

I said may be it's supported on a newer version, so I updated my MC 7005 to 6.5.4.2, then to 6.5.4.3, but it looks like there is no Cellular entry at all in the GUI nor "cellular..." commands in the CLI!!

Any ideas about these? Thanks for your help :), Yassir
