I have got an issue with ClearPass retrieving the information for AD. It will authenticate with AD, it has been tested, but we ran into an issue when an employee from another OU in AD arrived and could not authenticate. ClearPass is currently running os ver. 220.127.116.11.
I am confused due to some of the OU authenticate perfectly but some will not.
