I don't seem to be getting emails about posts on forums

  • 1.  I don't seem to be getting emails about posts on forums

    I think this started a few weeks ago, but I no longer get the emails when someone posts to a thread I start, or if I subscribe to a topic I don't get the email when someone replies.

     

    Is anyone else seeing this behaviour lately?

    Hello,

     

    I tested it and am getting subscription notices.

    Can you please make sure the threads are listed in your subscriptions?

    To check this:

    Click your profile name
    Subscriptions

    Under My Subscriptions, they should be listed there.

     

    Are you manually subscribing to threads?

    Sometimes manually subscribing, but mostly threads i start or ones i post a comment on.

     

    Note, i didn'tget an email when you posted the comments above.

    Still not getting anything.  I do when someone kudos or something is marked as accepted solution, but not a new post to my subscriptions.

    Hello,

    Please PM me a actual screenshot of your subscriptions.

    You can find this under SUBSCRIPTIONS & NOTIFICATIONS and then My Subscriptions.  There should be a list of threads there.
