    Dear all,

    I got a problem when using xml-api command "user_query"

    The Aruba Controller reply following information:

    <aruba>
      <status>Ok</status>
      <code>0</code>
      <macaddr>00:17:c4:f9:xx:xx</macaddr>
      <name>00:17:c4:f9:xx:xx@govwifi</name>
      <role>auth-guest</role>
      <type>Wireless</type>
      <vlan>115</vlan>
      <location>LOC15AP02</location>
      <age>00:00:11</age>
      <auth_status>Unauthenticated</auth_status>
      <essid>aruba</essid>
      <bssid>00:24:6c:xx:xx:xx</bssid>
      <phy_type>g</phy_type>
      <mobility_state>Wireless</mobility_state>
      <in_packets>0</in_packets>
      <in_octets>0</in_octets>
      <out_packets>0</out_packets>
      <out_octets>0</out_octets>
    </aruba>

    I am sure that the client has traffic, but the in_packets, in_octets, out_packets, out_octets show is zero.

    My Aruba Controller run as local controller and ArubaOS version : 3.4.2.5.

    Anyone can help me? T_T

    Thank you.

    waihou,

    There is an existing bug where the XML-API is not updating statistics, just like you mention.  Please open a TAC case to make sure that you are experiencing the same bug, or so that a different bug can be opened to deal with what you are seeing.
