EMEA Atmosphere 2016 has grown over the years to become the key event that brings together 1,000 mobility experts to get hands-on with designing networks for #GenMobile, and the mobile-first, cloud-first applications they crave.

It is a great opportunity for customers and partners to access the full Aruba networking portfolio, learn of new features and third party integration with Aruba products. For the attendees, its not just about the presentations there is plenty of time to relax and connect with their peers, HPE Aruba executives and experts during numerous breaks and at the Tech Playground.

Next to 50+ individual breakouts and dedicated deep-dive training, we are also hosting a welcome reception on Tuesday evening for all attendees and an appreciation party on Wednesday evening, which promises to be something special!

Why should you attend: You will learn from our keynotes delivered by senior executives of HPE Aruba including Dominic Orr (SVP and General Manager) and Keerti Melkote (CTO), customer speakers and industry speakers. In addition there are 50+ technical breakout sessions including hand-on labs, workshops and more around all technology areas of HPE Aruba. Airhead attendees can also sign up for a 2-day fundamental technical training sessions, choose from WLAN, ClearPass, AirWave, Switching or Meridian/BLE fundamentals.

Let’s make sure you get there! We have put together this sample justification email letter which should help you get started in getting approval from your boss to attend EMEA Atmosphere 2016.

Feel free to further customize this letter and leverage the “10 Reasons to attend the Aruba EMEA Atmosphere 2016” document.  Remember to clearly illustrate how the Airheads Conference will impact your work productivity and how it will create value for your organization.

Good luck and we hope to see you in Algarve!
