Abstract:

In this session we will give an overview of Software Defined Networking in relation to wireless LANs. We will share our view of SDN evolution in the context of new plug and play application services, and Wired + Wireless integration. Network traffic engineering, design principles in the face of SDN, and IPv6 will be discussed with the intent to generate thought-provoking discussion.

 

(This session was previously titled "Aruba & Software Defined Networking (SDN)", and has been combined with the session occurring at the same time, "Wireless LAN - Next-Gen Network Integration & Traffic Engineering").
